2005

In January the company Istrabenz, d.d., makes a public bid acquiring 73.35 percent of the shares in Kolinska, and added to the shares it already holds, it becomes the 93.22-percent owner of Kolinska.

On 3 May the merged companies Droga, d. d., and Kolinska, d. d., register as the company Droga Kolinska, Živilska industrija, d. d.

From July 2005 Soko Štark is majority owned by the company Grand Prom. The strategic linking of Grand Prom and Droga Kolinska facilitates for all involved easier access to new markets, especially in the EU and Russia.

In October Droga Kolinska shares start being quoted on the stock exchange.

2006

On 2 February 2006 the company DK Trade, d. o. o., Sarajevo, is established in Bosnia and Herzegovina, 100-percent owned by Droga Kolinska, d. d.

Droga Kolinska, d. o. o. e. l., Skopje, becomes the 100-percnt owner of the commercial stake in the company Slovin Jugokokta, d. o. o. e. l, Skopje, one of the biggest Macedonian bottlers of mineral water and non-alcoholic beverages.

2007

19 February:  Official opening of the Argeta plant in Hadžići near Sarajevo.

11 April:  In its 12th session the Supervisory Board of Droga Kolinska, d. d., appoints a new Management Board of the company Droga Kolinska, d. d.

27 July: The fourth shareholder general meeting adopts a decision to withdraw shares of the company Droga Kolinska (DRKR shares) from the organised market.

31 December: Expiry of the long-term agreement with the company Unilever on the production and distribution of products under the Knorr and Hellmann’s brands in Slovenia.

2008

31 March: A contract was concluded on the disposal of the business stake in the company Vivo d.o.o. By divesting the 51% share owned by Droga Kolinska, d.d., the buyer became the 100% owner of Vivo d.o.o.

7 April: A capital injection of €11.7 million was made into Droga Kolinska, d.d. The amendment of the Company’s articles of association and subscription to a new share issue were in progress.

22 April: There was an amendment to the articles of association of Droga Kolinska, d.d., as a result of the increase in share capital to €61,379,314.81.

2 September: A sales contract was concluded between Droga Kolinska, d.d. and Dr Oetker, d.o.o.

26 September: A sales contract was concluded between Droga Kolinska, d.d. and ORKA, d.o.o.

3 October: A sales contract was concluded between Droga Kolinska, d.d. and Podravka, d.d.

21 November: A sales contract was concluded between Droga Kolinska, d.d. and Žito, d.d.

5 December: a change took place in the management board of Droga Kolinska, d.d.
