05.12.2008Changes in the management of the Droga Kolinska Group
At today's session, the Supervisory Board of Droga Kolinska d.d., Ljubljana appointed Mr Enzo Smrekar and Mr Branko Greganovič members of the Management Board. The new members of the Management Board, which now has four members, join existing Management Board member Ms Milena Štular and Management Board chairman Mr Slobodan Vučićević.

On the basis of the provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation, DROGA KOLINSKA d.d., Ljubljana issues the following statement:
29.09.2008Orka to be the new owner of the pickled vegetables and sauce ranges
Droga Kolinska and Orka of Ljubljana have agreed that as of 1 January 2009 the owner of the pickled vegetables and sauce ranges sold under the Droga, Tomatina and Argo brands will be Orka d.o.o. On this date Orka will take over all the brands and the corresponding assets, including all 29 workers employed on these product ranges.
09.09.2008Dr. Oetker new owner of Regina and Royal brands
Droga Kolinska and the international company Dr. Oetker have agreed that Dr. Oetker Slovenija will be the new owner of the powdered product line sold under the brand names Regina, Royal, Kremin, Sladki prah and Citronka from 1 October 2008. Dr. Oetker will take control of all brands and sufficient operating funds. The product line did not provide employment, since the products were not produced within Droga Kolinska.
25.08.2008Notice of Annual General Meeting Resolutions
Based on the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the Securities Market Act (ZTVP-1, Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, 56/99), the Management Board hereby publishes the resolution of the 7th Annual General Meeting held from 10.00 on 25 August 2008 at the company`s registered office.
